My name is Bryan Ierardi (pronounced eye-rar'-dee)
and I am an application developer, media producer,
musician and enthusiast of many fields of study, including art, history, science, media design,
global geopolitical strategery, classical and quantum physics, engineering, space exploration & commerce, robotics, philosophy, game theory and more.
Although most of my time is dedicated to the Chicago-based investment management firm for which I work on a full-time basis,
I enjoy developing online applications, writing music, creating 3D animations and producing short-form videos in my personal time.
The VISYRE Plan
Over the nearly 20 years of experience I have gained working in the media
production, online application and software development industries, I have distilled
the areas of responsibility for enterprising efforts into a strategy I call a "VISYRE Plan":
VI: Vision - Define focus and scope, illustrate and share the vision so it is crystal-clear and highly accessible to others while
guiding Systems and Results.
SY: Systems - Build, maintain and improve Vision and Results-oriented workflows and online-networked systems to maximize efficiency and consistency.
RE: Results - Measure results, gain insight and breed actionable feedback information that constantly reinforce the Vision and Systems.
It is through the VISYRE lens, the perspective outlined in the book Blue Ocean Strategy, and the
mindset of Constant Victory that I focus on my current and next projects.
